R. Civ. P. 12(B)(1), Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(B)(2), and Improper Venue, Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(B)(3) and finding the same to be meritorious, the Court hereby grants the same. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Complaint against UOL and CMC should be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, lack of personal jurisdiction, and improper venue.
