UNOPPOSED MOTION TO AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. (“Wi-LAN”) brings this unopposed Motion to Amend the Docket
Control Order (Dkt. No. 99, as amended by Nos. 216, 226, 230, 232, 238, 242, and 246–248)
and would respectfully show the Court the following:
Defendants and Wi-LAN have stipulated to extend the date for expert discovery
through and until December 21, 2012, for the limited purpose of completing expert
depositions in an orderly manner. All other dates currently specified by the Docket Control
Order would remain unchanged, with the relevant pre-trial and trial dates unaffected.
Accordingly, Wi-LAN respectfully requests that the Court enter the attached proposed Order
effecting the above stipulation.
