ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO AMEND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiff Wi-LAN’s Unopposed Motion to Amend Docket Control
Order. Having considered the Motion and for good cause appearing, the Court is of the opinion
that the Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 99, as amended by
Nos. 216, 226, 230, 232, 238, 242, and 246–248) is further amended as follows: the parties shall
have through and until December 21, 2012, to complete expert depositions.
