The Court has considered the Joint Motion of Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. and Defendants
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and Ericsson Inc. (collectively, “Ericsson”) to extend the
mediation date until and including November 22, 2013, and is of the opinion that it should be
GRANTED.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED
that the deadline for the mediation between Wi-LAN and
Ericsson is hereby extended until November 22, 2013.
