Factual Details of your complaint against Judge:
When the judge finally showed up we were told to all rise for him to
come in and sit down. He then began to tell us everything he did as a
judge just in the last twenty four hours. Then he told us he had been
the judge for seven hundred and twenty days or about. He told us
exactly how many criminal cases he has had to date and how many
civil cases to date. Then he went into how that morning he had already
been at Willis High School speaking to their justice classes and that
was why he was late. Then the judge told us how they have sixty
pastors on call free of charge to speak to family members of death
victims, and to bring PEACE TO THE STORM. He stated that out of
the sixty that four were on call at all times and he had one there
because he likes to recognize them for what they do, at witch time he
introduced the preacher, and we all applauded. Then he handed it over
to the preacher and we were told to bow our heads for prayer. Never
Ex. G pp.2
once did the judge or the preacher say "you may step out if you do not
want to participate" not once. I believe in prayer but I also believe in
the constitution and I believe it should be up held especially in our
courts. During the prayer I opened my eyes and looked right at the
judge he did NOT have his head bowed or his eyes closed, he was
scanning the court room, looking at each individual person. I was
appalled and worried because me and the judge made eye contact
during the prayer, I just shook my head and replied amen, as the
preacher said now everyone say amen. Then the judge when back to
discussing his court stuff and said that they had sent out over a
hundred summons for jurors and only seventeen responded. I felt like
that was so unusual that on the next day I called two other JP offices
and asked if they all so have this low of a response, the first office said
no that they usually have thirty to forty show up out of a hundred sent
summons. The second office laughed and said no we do not have that
problem you must have been in Judge Wayne Macks court that's why.
Ok back to the court room my case is under way

I
know that your office has received similar complaints about this judge
dating back almost two years, and from what I see on is e-mail and his
web site he has know intentions of putting a stop to his inappropriate
behavior he believes he is above the law above the constitution. Please
put a stop to this for our community this man needs to be removed
from the bench, our community needs to know no matter what your
religion is or is not you are going to get a fair trail. If Wayne Mack
can not be impartial about religion in his capacity as justice of the
peace what else is he not willing to be impartial about. Thank You,
