ORDER Based on the briefs, exhibits, other papers on file with the Court, and arguments made in support of and in opposition to the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction to Preserve the Status Quo filed by Plaintiff Lance Armstrong, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that: 1. Defendants and their officers, agents, employees, and any individual or entity acting in concert with them are HEREBY ENJOINED, pending final judgment, from initiating, commencing, participating in, or otherwise enforcing arbitration of the June 12, 2012 and June 28, 2012 charges or imposing any sanctions specified therein. 2. Defendants and their officers, agents, employees, and any individual or entity acting in concert with them are HEREBY ENJOINED, pending final judgment from imposing any sanction, cost, or fine on Mr. Armstrong or from taking any action with respect to disqualification of competitive results held by Mr. Armstrong based on the allegations in the June 12, 2012 and June 28, 2012 letters. 3. Defendants and their agents, employees, appointees, and successors are HEREBY ENJOINED, pending final judgment from taking any other action in furtherance of the pursuit of doping charges, the imposition of sanctions or with respect to disqualification of competitive results held by Mr. Armstrong based on the allegations in the June 12, 2012 and June 28, 2012 letters. 4. Defendants and their officers, agents, employees, and any individual or entity acting in concert with them are HEREBY ENJOINED, pending final judgment from taking any other action in furtherance of the pursuit of doping charges, the imposition of sanctions or with respect to disqualification of competitive results held by Mr. Armstrong based on the allegations in the June 12, 2012 and June 28, 2012 letters. 5. There is no requirement of any bond and this injunctive relief is effective upon service.
