Plaintiff Incentive Capital, LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Incentive”), by and through its counsel,
does hereby submit the following Motion to Require Appearance of Party Witnesses at Hearing
on Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction. Plaintiff respectfully requests that
the Court enter an order requiring the following party witnesses to present themselves for
examination at a hearing before this Court on May 12, 2011, at 3:30 P.M.: a representative of
Camelot Film Group, Inc., a representative of Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc., a
representative of Camelot Distribution Group, Inc., Robert Atwell, Jamie Thompson and Steven
Istock. Alternatively, Plaintiff requests that the Court permit the entry of certain hearsay
testimony as evidence at the hearing referenced above pursuant to applicable law and in the
absence and unavailability of the witnesses. A memorandum of points and authorities if filed
concurrently herewith.
