Having reviewed Plaintiff’s motion, having considered the arguments by counsel, and otherwise being fully advised, the Court HEREBY ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES AS FOLLOWS:  A representative of each of the following Defendants is required to appear at the hearing before this Court on May 12, 2011, at 3:30 P.M., for examination purposes: (1) Camelot Film Group, Inc., (2) Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc., (3) Camelot Distribution Group, Inc., (4) Robert Atwell, (5) Jamie Thompson, and (6) Steven Istock; or  At least one representative on Defendants’ behalf is required to appear at the hearing before this Court on May 12, 2011, at 3:30 P.M., for examination purposes; or  In the Court’s discretion, hearsay evidence will be allowed due to the unavailability of Defendants’ witnesses and based on governing principles allowing the introduction of hearsay as evidence at preliminary injunction proceedings.
