Inc., Acer America Corp., and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (erroneously sued herein as

Samsung Electronics USA, Inc.) (collectively, “Defendants”). The court, being fully informed in
the premises, and good cause being shown, does now therefore:

ORDER that

1. The MOTION TO REDACT HEARING TRANSCRIPT of August 9, 2011 of Google Inc. is
hereby granted.
2. All the redactions on Attachment A to the REDACTION REQUEST of Google Inc. of
August 9, 2011 are hereby authorized. The Court Reporter is directed to make all the redactions
as set forth on Attachment A to the REDACTION REQUEST of August 9, 2011.
