I/P Engine v. AOL - Rule 30(b)(6) deposition

Charles, in follow‐up to our conversation this morning, AOL confirms that it will provide a witness in response to I/P 
Engine’s Rule 30(b)(6) notices to AOL on July 10 in Finnegan’s Reston, Virginia office.  The witness will be Robert 
Hickernell.  Mr. Hickernell will testify on the noticed topics as they relate to the accused Google technologies, subject to 
AOL’s objections.  We understand that I/P Engine is not seeking a deposition at this time on the topics relating to AOL 
Sponsored Listings given the status of negotiations between the parties on the claims relating to Sponsored Listings.
