7422. At issue is a penalty imposed under 26 U.S.C. (Internal Revenue Code) § 6707A. The
Plaintiff is a corporation incorporated in the State of Wisconsin, and its principal place of
business is located in that state.
This Appeal is taken from an Interlocutory Opinion and Ordered in this action on the 10th
day of October, 2014, and Opinion and Order entered in this action on May 21, 2015. The May
21, 2015 Order adjudicates all claims with respect to all parties.
