IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN TAMARA M. LOERTSCHER, Plaintiff, JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE v. Case No. l 4-cv-870-jdp ELOISE ANDERSON, BRADD. SCHIMEL, and TAYLOR COUNTY, Defendants. This action came for consideration before the court with District Judge James D. Peterson presiding. The issues have been presented and decided on the parties' motions for summary judgment. JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of plaintiff Tamara M. Loertscher against defendants Brad D. Schimel and Eloise Anderson declaring that 1997 Wisconsin Act 292 is unconstitutional because it is void for vagueness. It is ordered that the enforcement of 1997 Wisconsin Act 292 is enjoined statewide. JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of defendant Taylor County against plaintiff Tamara M. Loertscher on Loertscher's claim against Taylor County. ALL OTHER CLAIMS by and against any party are dismissed.
