IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff
Sarah M. Simon finding that defendant Cooperative Educational Service Agency # 5
interfered with her Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") rights by failing to return
her to an equivalent position after she returned from FMLA leave. Plaintiff is awarded
$59,773.62 in attorneys' fees and costs under 29 U.S.C. § 2617(a)(3).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in favor
of defendant against plaintiff on all of plaintiff's other FMLA claims and theories.
