RESUBMISSION OF SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Sir:
According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office's (PTO) Patent Application
Information Retrieval (PAIR) system, the supplemental Information Disclosure Statement (IDS)
originally submitted by Applicants on June 29, 2004, which disclosed two references cited in
corresponding European patent application no. 009287038, does not appear to be entered into the
record of the instant application. In order to ensure that the PTO enters the two references into
the record and considers such, Applicants hereby resubmit the original submission.
Copies of the original submission are enclosed including a date-stamped postcard
indicating that the original supplemental IDS of June 29, 2004 and the requisite fee were
received by the PTO's Office of Initial Patent Examination (OIPE) on June 29, 2004.
It is believed that no fee is required for consideration of this resubmission. However, in
the event that a fee is deemed necessary to enter this Resubmission of Supplemental IDS or to
maintain the instant application pending, the Commissioner is authorized to charge such fee to
the undersigned's Deposit Account No. 50-0206.

Respectfully submitted.
