Before this Court are the parties’ respective Motions for Partial Summary Judgment
addressing the border barrier projects undertaken pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 2808. For the reasons set
forth in Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and the entire record herein, it is
hereby ORDERED that:
1. Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is DENIED; and
2. Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to enter FINAL JUDGMENT for Defendants with respect
to all claims related to the funding and construction of the border barrier projects pursuant to 10
U.S.C. § 2808.
