Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes bearing Tons, its Captain being
Don Vicente Ant. de Murrieta, which is anchored at said Port ready to
depa,rt on its voyage to the Ports of the Peninsula and the Port of Cádiz in
accordance with His Majesty's Orders of October, 12 1778 and the
following Royal Orders.

appearing before you, that: having the status to begin granting the Bill of Lading items to be loaded upon another frigate, it wil
be necessary for you to order the Manager of the Royal
