On July 19, 2012,the Receiver received $94,525.40, representing 63.3120% of the Receivers claim, in full satisfaction of the claim. $94,525.40 The Receiver learned that these shares were escheated to the State of Florida in March 2012. The state liquidated these shares in July 2012. The plan of merger provided for approximately $33 million for all outstanding shares of First America. The consideration per share was $8.00. This was an all cash tender with no other options.
