RCID Property(orportionthereof)shallmean thatsuch propertyshallbe used: (i)only
particular
forsuch publicand governmentalpurposes thatsuch RCID Propertyisor are being used as of the
EffectiveDate or are otherwisecontemplatedto be used by the Comprehensive Plan;and (ii)
in
accordance with the standardsof workmanship, materials,
architectural
features,
quality,
design
and generalaesthetic
features,
standards,
engineeringstandards,
utility
appearance as they are so
maintainedas of theEffectiveDate.
2.2. Prohibited Uses. Notwithstandinganything to the contrarycontained in this
