Motorola v. Apple
Hi Jill,
In the course of our preparation of upcoming depositions, we discovered that Apple topics 59‐60, 62 are duplicative of
the other topics on which Messrs. Fortin and Fischer are already testifying. Thus, Motorola is designating Nate Fortin to
testify tomorrow about topic 59 and topic 62, as it relates to product functionality that Apple accuses of infringing the
‘849 Patent. In addition, Motorola is designating Steve Fischer to testify about topic 60 and topic 62, as it relates to
product functionality that Apple accuses of infringing the ‘646 and ‘116 Patents. This should be more efficient for both
parties.
In addition, Dave Prezuhy will be testifying about topic 2, as it relates to the products that Apple accuses of infringing the
‘456, ‘509, and ‘560 patents, instead of Evan Groat.
Thanks,
Matt
