Counsel for Go Daddy, Pursuant to ¶ 13(b)(vi) of the Protective Order, Eolas hereby provides notice of inspection of Go Daddy's source code on February 22-23, 2011 and identifies the following persons as those who will perform the review: Harish Daiya and Shahzeb Akhtar. Per section 13(a) of the protective order, Eolas expects that the code requested for production in my December 26, 2010 email (correspondence reattached hereto) will be available. We are in receipt of your January 14, 2011 email addressing some of these issues -- however, as we have not heard from Go Daddy regarding the production of representative versions of source code for the accused websites, we expect all versions of code for the accused websites over the damages period to be produced. Eolas understands that Go Daddy's source code is available for inspection at Fish & Richardson's offices, located at 1717 Main St, Dallas TX. In advance of the review, please ensure that the source code review tools provided by Eolas have been loaded onto the computers that will be used to access the source code. Please also provide the name of an on-site contact for our review.
