ORDER GRANTING EOLAS’ MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION
OF SOURCE CODE FROM EBAY AND AMAZON
The Court, having considered Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Inc.’s Motion to Compel
Production of Source Code from eBay and Amazon (“Motion”), finds that the Motion should be
GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that within five (5) days of this Order eBay and Amazon shall
make available for inspection all versions of their source code for each of their accused websites
on a source code review computer in the manner contemplated by paragraph 13 of the Protective
Order. This code shall be provided in a manner and format similar to eBay’s source code
production for its website http://neighborhoods.ebay.com, and Amazon’s source code production
for its website http://www.windowshop.com.
