and so, after about four hours in my family storage unit, rummaging through many file boxes of dusty papers from various defunct ventures, I FOUND my copy of the ORIGINAL document transferring ownership of the V-Search patents and related intellectual property hack to me. I was very happy.
mail -- I must have thrown it folder without looking at it, nearly seven years ago. Its titled "Bill of Sale, Assignment, and License Agreement" and SIGNED AN DATED SEPT 15, 1998 by Jeff Ait, as CEO of Site Technologies, and Sept 16, 1998 by me. The "Purchased Assets" are defined to include "Patent No. 5,544,352 filed June 14, 1993...and any additions, continuations in part, divisions ... I don't even remember finally getting the original in the into a
