Re: Research request
Meng:
A party could but they could also challenge those obtained through an FOIA request as well since there is no
indication on the copies that they are official SEC filings. The only way you would be able to do this would be
to request certified copies of the records from the SEC if you were using them in a litigation case for instance.
Otherwise the documents we would obtain or those generated by the SEC will look the same.

Rob,
Quick question: is there any appreciable difference between SEC filings obtained through Intelligize’s service
and SEC filings obtained directly from the SEC through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request? In other
words, could a party challenge the authenticity of SEC filings obtained through your service?
Please advise, thanks.

For the 9 registration statements and prospectuses it would be $1350. Unfortunately there is no expedite option
for these since we are sometimes limited to the SEC or their contractor for production of the records. Most of
these should be available within 24 hours. Add an additional $2750 for the exhibits.

Rob

But please also provide estimates (both pricing and turnaround) for exhibits, in addition to the registrations.

Just the registration statements themselves, which I understand to be about 80‐100 pages in length.

Were you looking for all exhibits attached to the registrations or just the registrations themselves?

Rob,
Monika Miura, our librarian, forwarded your email to me so that I can inquire about the following research
requests. Could you kindly provide pricing information (including any expedited options) and estimated
turnaround for the following nine SEC filings? I do not need hard copies—electronic would be fine.
