Quick question: is there any appreciable difference between SEC filings obtained through Thomson Reuter’s service and 
SEC filings obtained directly from the SEC through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request?  In other words, could a 
party challenge the authenticity of SEC filings obtained through your service?
