Per our agreement, attached are Apple's supplemental responses to Motorola's Interrogatory Nos. 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, & 11‐
14. Both of these documents contain Apple CBI. As I have mentioned in prior conversations with Ben & Cathleen, we
have nothing to add to our response to Interrogatory No. 15 as Apple has not marked any of the Apple Accused
Instrumentalities with the patent numbers of the Apple Asserted Patents.
