RE: Disorderly Conduct f,nd Intirnidation of County Employeer
Dear Mr. Spreadbury;
We have been made aware of your oonduct and interactions with the staffof the Clerk
and Recoider'.q office on Fcbruary 13, 2009, as well as a previous visit to the Clerk &
Recorder's Office on February 5,2009. Both of thsse visits caused disruptions of the
operations of Clerk and Recorder's ofEce and other adjacent county ofHces, and were
alarming enough to have county employees contact law enforcement.

While we encouragc all Ravalli County Citiz-ens to conduct business at our county
offices. please be aware that publio employees have a right to perhmn their duties
without being yelled at, harasseci, or intimidated. lnappropriate, abusive behavior toward
employees will not be tolerated. Therefore, if you wish to contirrue to conduct business
at the Ravalli County Offices, we are advising you to conduct yourself appropriateiy at
all times by not yelling, making abusive remarlcs, or attempting to intimiclate our
employees irr any mannor.
